Your appointment is not considered confirmed until we have successfully contacted you by SMS or phone. If we are unable to confirm your appointment, High Street Dental Practice reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the appointment time available to another patient.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.
If you are a patient with Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) or a child under Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) or if you have an emergency dental voucher please call the practice on 5445 7413 to make your appointment.
Dental emergencies can arise from time to time, making swift treatment necessary. If you are experiencing any of the following issues, please contact our clinic on 5445 7413 to arrange for emergency dental treatment from a qualified dentist:
